If you have taken part and successfully won a lot in one of our auctions (congratulations!), there are a number of options at the checkout stage for you to receive your order or store it safely with Whisky Auctioneer.

 

1. COLLECT

Customers can opt to collect their bottles in person from our UK Head Office in Perth (UK Lots) or Netherlands Office in Utrecht (EU) by prior appointment.

Please note: As all items enter the Netherlands they require an excise charge. If you choose to collect either in-person, or via a third party, this will be invoiced and payment required prior to collection (per bottle). Read more on our Duty and VAT Information for EU Clients.

2. STORE 

Let us take care of things for you.

 

Our expertly managed, secure and insured storage service (based at our UK Head Office in Perth (UK Lots) or Netherlands Office in Utrecht (EU Lots)" only) is charged at 2% of the hammer price of any orders you wish to keep in storage for up to 90 days from the close of auction.  This can then be extended in blocks of 90 days at the same rate if you wish to store your orders for a longer period of time. 3. SHIP

Delivered to your door with the best service.

 

You can also opt to ship your order at checkout - click to find out more information on shipping. If you would like to combine any of your orders from storage, you can do so by completing our Ship Stored Orders form.
