Classic Bordeaux blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Carmenere & Petit Verdot, from the northernmost part of the Medoc peninsula.
Château Potensac subsequently gained classification as Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel, ranking it among the 9 best of the non-1855-classified wines of Bordeaux.
