Glenglassaugh 1972 Woolf Sung 40 Year Old / The Hunter - Charity Bottle
A fantastic release from the long closed but now reopened distillery.
The Hunter is the first release from the Woolf Sung Collection and is presented in a beautiful stainless steel black powder-coated bank vault case.
Distilled in 1972 then matured in a single Sherry cask for 40 years before bottling by Woolf Sung on the 22nd January 2013.
This is bottle number 26 of 160.
All proceeds go towards 'The Benevolent; The Drinks Industry Charity'
"The Benevolent is the trade charity for people who are currently working, or have worked, in the UK drinks industry in any role and in any trade sector. The charity supports our colleagues facing a variety of difficult circumstances, including serious illness, financial hardship or personal crises, providing practical, emotional or financial help."
We would recommend viewing/close inspection prior to placing any bids. If this is not an option and you have questions beyond the offered description and images, please contact us for a more in-depth condition report. Otherwise lots will be sold as seen in the images.
Please note: Due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit.
