This is the second release in a planned annual limited release.

A collaboration between Bob Dalgarno and the Roca Brothers who run the world famous El Celler De Can Roca Restaurant.

The liquid has been matured in the following types of cask:

  • 1st fill Jose Martin cask.
  • 1st & 2nd fill Diego Martin casks.
  • 1st & 2nd fill Vasyma American puncheons.
  • 1st fill Tevasa casks.
