Kyoto Ki No Bi Dry Gin
A special release of Kyoto Distillery's impressive dry gin, this one emphasizes tea as the primary botanical.
A pretty unbelievable and highly sought after spirit, the flagshib Ki No Bi gin was released in 2016. It was made using a rice spirit base which included some locally sourced botanicals such as yuzu, hinoki wood chips, bamboo leaves, green sansho and gyokuro tea.
For this special version a selection of super-premium Uji teas have been chosen to act as the heart of this blended gin, including Tencha and Gyokuro
