Port Charlotte Feis Ile 2018 Releases x 2

The two Port Charlottes launched for the annual Feis Ile festival in 2018, to coincide with Bruichladdich's rebrand of the Port Charlotte range. Port Charlotte is a heavily peated expression, produced at Bruichladdich as a recreation of a style of whisky created at an old 'lost' distillery in the nearby town of the same name.

  • Port Charlotte 2001 The Heretic / Feis Ile 2018: The Last of the First
This is a marriage of the last 5 casks filled during the first year of Bruichladdich's Port Charlotte production in 2001, hench the name 'The Last of the First.'. The casks in question had previously held American whiskey, rum, and fine French wine.
    One of 1300. 55.9%
  • Port Charlotte 2005 Valinch / Feis Ile 2018
Distilled in 2005 and bottled at 12 years old. This was matured fully in 2nd fill Oloroso sherry cask #2087.
    One of 956. 59.3%

Both bottles are hand signed by Bruichladdich's Master Distiller, Adam Hannett.

This lot has a 2 bottle shipping fee.
