Old Taylor 6 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon 1980s
An Old Taylor brand Kentucky Straight bourbon, named after Edmund Haynes Taylor Jr, son of former US president Zachary Taylor.
E.H. Taylor is also referred to as Colonel Taylor due to his holding of the honourary title of Kentucky Colonel.
Bottled in 1989, the brand would have been under ownership by Jim Beam for 2 years by this point, meaning the whiskey was distilled by former owners National Distillers, probably at their Old Grand-dad site (Old Taylor Distillery closed in 1972, although is distilling again now, under the name Castle & Key).
Soffiantino import for the Italian market.
We would recommend viewing/close inspection prior to placing any bids. If this is not an option and you have questions beyond the offered description and images, please contact us for a more in-depth condition report. Otherwise lots will be sold as seen in the images.
Please note: Due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit.
