Kilchoman 100% Islay 4th Edition

The 4th release of Kilchoman's popular 100% Islay releases, aged over 5 years and released in 2014.

All parts of the production process for the 100% Islay took place at the distillery – from barley to bottle. The barley is grown, malted, distilled, matured and bottled at Kilchoman. Bottled at 50% ABV and peated to a lower level to that of other releases. This fourth release was matured in fresh and refill bourbon casks.
