product Details

Loch Lomond 2001 SMWS 16 Year Old 135.1

One of a few different spirits to come out of the Loch Lomond distilling complex and be bottled by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society under its own unique code.

Due to a number of different stills and processes available at Loch Lomond, it's possible for them to produce several markedly different spirits.

This "Sensual sensory sensation" was produced on the traditional pot stills, as opposed to the straight neck stills of the other SMWS codes to come out of this distillery.

One of 285 bottles.

Important Notice

We would recommend viewing/close inspection prior to placing any bids. If this is not an option and you have questions beyond the offered description and images, please contact us for a more in-depth condition report. Otherwise lots will be sold as seen in the images.

Please note: Due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit.
