This is a special single barrel bottling of Knob Creek, bottled by Jim Beam to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the popular brand in 2017.
Knob Creek is a "pre-prohibition style" whiskey introduced bt Booker Noe in 1992. This single barrel was hand-selected by his son, Fred.
Barrelled on the 25th of February 2004 and bottled at 123.6 US proof.
