Launched in 2018 in collaboration between Hampden and Velier, this introduces a 'core' distillery expression for this ester heavy Jamaican rum, previously only available in limited run batch bottlings.
Slow fermented using naturally occurring 'wild' yeast, distilled in a single pot still, aged a minimum of 7 years in the tropics and bottled without the addition of colour or sugar.
