The 2004 (second) International release of the Monogram, which was initially only an international bottling in 1998 and was released as a USA bottling 2009. Each is being identifiable by it's cap type.
1998 = Smooth silver cap
2004 = Ridged silver cap
2009 = Ridged black cap
Presentation is based on the glass decanters that Jack Daniel himself is rumoured to serve whisky to his friends with.
