Old Stagg 6 Year Old Bourbon 1970s
Old Stagg was at one point the best selling bourbon brand in the US. An early convert to the 86 proof (as opposed to traditional 100) provided them with more available stock when supply was thin during the second world war, and a better taste as a straight whiskey than the competing blends.
This bottle was produced by Schenley in the early 1970's at George T. Stagg distillery, better known today as Buffalo Trace.
Please be advised that the absence of any specific condition reports does not imply that this bottle is in perfect condition. We recommend close inspection of all images prior to placing any bids, and any further information required can be provided upon request.
Due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit.
