Buffalo Trace have released a number of experiments, this particular release is a bottling of 7 casks, rediscovered in the warehouses at Buffalo Trace. They were distilled way back in 1989 when the site was still known as Ancient Age, the same year that it was acquired by current owners, the Sazerac company. It would be a further 10 years before the distillery name would change to Buffalo Trace.
