Suntory Yamazaki Finest Old Liqueur Whisky 1950s
A fantastic bottling of Suntory whisky, long discontinued, in a unique dumpy bottle.
Produced at Yamazaki distillery, which was distilling both malt and grain whisky at the time, so this is likely a single blend.
The terminology "Liqueur" was used until the 1960s to specify a whisky of higher quality than normal.
This particularly unusual bottle still bears the name Kotobukiya Ltd, which was dropped in 1963 in place of now world renowned Suntory Ltd.
Please be advised that the absence of any specific condition reports does not imply that this bottle is in perfect condition. We recommend close inspection of all images prior to placing any bids, and any further information required can be provided upon request.
Due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit.
