Originally the Astar was the follow up from the Glenmorangie Artisan cask.
Astar, means journey in Gaelic, it refers to the journey of perfection that Glenmorangie is working to discover in their search for the perfect casks to mature whisky.
This is the 2017 release, bottled at a slightly lower 52.5% vol.
