Rock Oyster Cask Strength #1
Douglas Laing started with an Islay blended malt called Big Peat. Soon the range included a Speyside blended malt called Scallywag.
Rock Oyster is a similar idea but for Island whiskies. The vatting includes Arran and Jura as well as some Orkney and Islay whiskies.
This particular bottling is the first release at cask strength and was matured in American oak.
