Long Pond 1985 Velier Wedderburn Rum
This is a Caribbean rum produced at the Long Pond distillery in Jamaica. It was distilled in 1985.
One of four Jamaican styles, Wedderburn rum was a classification of heavy rum that would usually be used to give weight and flavour to blended rums - much like malt or peated whisky in blends - and is rarely seen unblended. Wedderburn rums are identified by an ester count of 200/300 gr/hlpa.
Bottled in 1997 by Thomson and Company in Liverpool for Velier in Italy.
We would recommend viewing/close inspection prior to placing any bids. If this is not an option and you have questions beyond the offered description and images, please contact us for a more in-depth condition report. Otherwise lots will be sold as seen in the images.
Please note: Due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit.
