product Details

Port Charlotte PC5 First Cut 50cl

This highly sought after bottling was released just prior to the regular PC5, and marks the first release of the Port Charlotte peated single malt.

Port Charlotte is produced at Bruichladdich as a recreation of a style of whisky created at an old 'lost' distillery in the nearby town of the same name.

PC5 First Cut was distilled on 28 May 2001 and bottled in May 2007 from bourbon casks.

Bottle number 663 of 950. This is hand signed by then distillery manager, Jim McEwan.

We would recommend viewing/close inspection prior to placing any bids. If this is not an option and you have questions beyond the offered description and images, please contact us for a more in-depth condition report. Otherwise lots will be sold as seen in the images.

Please note: Due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit.
