Ardbeg Traigh Bhan 19 Year Old Batch #1
Fans of the famous Islay distillery had to wait nearly twenty years for a new permanent age-stated bottle to be added to the Ardbeg core-range of products. First released in September 2019, Traigh Bhan now sits alongside the classic Ten year old, Corryvreckan, Uigedail and the An Oa.
Named after Islay’s Traigh Bhan beach, the whisky will be available in limited batches and produced on an annual basis. Each batch will feature a unique code on the carton and bottle which drinkers can enter into the distillery’s website to find out about that particular batch.
This first release has been aged in a combination of American oak and ex-Oloroso sherry casks before being bottled at 46.2%.
Batch No: TB/01-15.03.00/19.MH
This is the first batch, with the youngest single malt in the vatting distilled on 15th March 2000.
We would recommend viewing/close inspection prior to placing any bids. If this is not an option and you have questions beyond the offered description and images, please contact us for a more in-depth condition report. Otherwise lots will be sold as seen in the images.
Please note: Due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit.
