Seven Stills Collaboration Series: Darkstar November 37.5cl / Bottle Logic

The Seven Stills Brewery & Distillery in San Francisco California is a true craft whiskey producer. Founded in 2016, the distillery uses only the ready-to-drink beers frm its portfolio in the production process of its whiskey, imparting all of the natural flavours from them into its spirit. Its core expressions are Choco Smoke, distilled using its chocolate oatmeal stout, and Five Pounds, distilled using its Five Pounds Hazy IPA. In addition to these and a host of exclusive releases, the distillery also has a collaborative series producing whiskey using beer from neighbouring breweries.

Part of the Collaboration Series, Darkstar November was produced in conjunction with Bottle Logic in Anaheim, CA.

This bottle is being sold from the Pat's Whisk(e)y private collection which, numbering in excess of 9,000 bottles and over 2,000 miniatures, is the single largest collection of whisky ever to be brought to auction.
