J.J. Corry 1991 The Vatting No.1 30 Year Old

A small batch single malt whiskey from J.J. Corry. The Vatting, a two bottle series, are single malt Irish whiskies drawn from J.J. Corry’s library of rare 1991 casks and blended using two unique ratios. The Vatting No.1 is made up from six different casks; The Vatting No.2 is made up from five ex-sherry casks including PX, Oloroso and Amontillado with the cask proportions for each bottling being equal for both. Each whiskey's components were vatted together before spending 18 months in ex-Speyside casks.

This bottle also comes with a 3cl bottling of the same whiskey.
