Keepers of the Quaich Collector’s Set 4 x 70cl

In 2016, the Keepers of the Quaich Society bottled the first of a unique collection of single cask malt whiskies from its Founding Partners and Member Companies. These unique bottlings were exclusively available to Society members of which there have only been 3,000 inducted to date.

To celebrate the success of the exclusive bottlings, which are not usually available for public release and have all sold out, the Society decided to create a special collection of the first four expressions. Only 50 of the Collector’s set were made available and sold out in two days.

The limited Collector’s Set includes:

• Glenfiddich 2000 Keepers of the Quaich 57.4% 70cl - This single malt was distilled in 2000 and aged in single refill American oak hogshead #3238. One of 262 bottles.
• Highland Park 1998 Keepers of the Quaich 55.7% 70cl - This single malt was distilled in 1998 and aged in refill American hogshead cask #7667. One of 297 bottles.
• Strathisla 1998 Keepers of the Quaich 59.4% 70cl - This single malt was distilled in 1998 and aged in refill ex-Sherry butt #99642. One of 529 bottles.
• Talisker 1998 Keepers of the Quaich 56.6% 70cl - This single malt was distilled in 1998 and aged in refill ex-Sherry butt #6829. One of 618 bottles.

The Society decided to remember one of Scotland’s giant characters, the Scotland rugby legend, Doddie Weir who passed away from Motor Neuron Disease in 2022. British broadcaster Gabby Logan, and her husband Kenny were close friends of Doddie, and were presented with this rare collector set of Keepers single cask bottles to raise funds for the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation that is working to find a cure for MND.
