This 1990 vintage Bruichladdich was concieved from two distinct batches of Islay whisky. One matured in first fill Bourbon for 17 Years, a French Wine Cask for 5 Years, and PX Sherry cask's for 4 years. The second batch was matured in a refill sherry butt for 18 years before being finished in Oloroso Sherry casks for a remaining 7 years.
Only 6000 were produced, this is bottle number 4700.
