Croizet VSOP Fine Champagne Cognac circa 1960s
The Croizet family have been producing wines since the 16th century and their coat of arms which is found on all its bottles can still be seen all over St Même in buildings such as the town church. Before starting the family business, Léon Croizet was the former sommelier to Napoleon Bonaparte's High Command.
V.S.O.P. (Very Superior Old Pale) indicates that the youngest element in this blend is aged for a minim of four years.
We would recommend viewing/close inspection prior to placing any bids. If this is not an option and you have questions beyond the offered description and images, please contact us for a more in-depth condition report. Otherwise lots will be sold as seen in the images.
Please note: Due to the various ages of bottles and their seals, condition of liquid is at the buyer's discretion and no claim can be lodged against failure/leakage in transit.
