This is the first part of a collection of releases from Balvenie distillery that are entitled The Stories. The Sweet Toast of American Oak is the first in the collection and is a 12-year-old matured initially in ex-bourbon barrels and then finished in virgin American oak, toasted on-site at the Balvenie cooperage.
