A very old Bowmore that was put into a bourbon hogshead cask on the 22nd of November 1955, then 20 years later transferred into a sherry cask. The glass decanter was hand crafted by the artists of Caithness Glass, Scotland, each being individually numbered. The presentation cases were handmade from oak by the Master Cabinet Makers of Charles Kirkby & Sons, England.
The 300 sets originally included a glass stopper and padlock with key.
