The "Silver Cap" series from Samaroli are some of the most highly-prized bottles in history. They were all bottled in 1982 and alongside this 27-year-old Glen Grant is a legendary 1966 vintage Tormore and the 1967 Laphroaig, considered by many to be the finest whisky ever bottled.

It is not stated on the label, but this is a 1955 vintage, and was bottled by R.W. Duthie on behalf of Samaroli. They were long time partners until the early 1990s.
