Kyoto Cask-Aged Dry Gin - Ghost Series #13

An artisanal gin distillery founded in 2016 by Number One Drinks. Located in the south of Kyoto, its flagship expression is called Ki No Bi, and it also produces a range of limited edition aged gins called Ki Noh Bi which often use ex-Karuizawa whisky casks owned by its parent company.
