Macallan Edition No.2
Released in 2016, this is the second of the Macallan Editions and was a collaboration between Bob Dalgarno and the Roca Brothers who run the world famous El Celer De Can Roca restaurant.
The liquid has been matured in the following types of cask:
- 1st fill Jose Martin cask
- 1st & 2nd fill Diego Martin casks
- 1st & 2nd fill Vasyma American puncheons
- 1st fill Tevasa casks
