A Scottish independent bottling company established by the former Bruichladdich master distiller, Jim McEwan, and his wife Barbara. It was founded in 2015 and operated until 2023. In its time, it bottled casks of Bruichladdich, Port Charlotte and Otomore from Jim's private collection.
