A company originally incorporated as Morrison Howat International in 1976, changing its name in 1982 following its merger with Stanley P. Morrison. The name disappeated during restructuring in 1987 but it had previously bottled Bowmore single malts and blends such as Morrison's Machire and Rob Roy.
