Taketsuru Pure Malt is a brand of blended malt Japanese whiskies produced by the Nikka Distilling Co. They contain whisky from its Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries and the label was launched in 2000 to honour company founder, Mastaka Taketsuru.
The core range today comprises a single non-age statement releases, however traditionally the brand offered a 17- and 21-year-old version of the blend.
