Dornoch Distillery Company

The Dornoch Distillery Company was originally founded as the Black Isle Whisky Company in 2013 by brothers, Simon and Philip Thompson. The company established the Dornoch distillery in 2016.

In addition to distilling and marketing its Dornoch single malt, the company also has a brand of gin and independent single malt and brandy bottlings, all of which are sold under the Thompson Bros brand name.
