Grant Bonding Company was a blending and export business established in 1959 as a partnership between J&G Grant and Gordon & MacPhail. The former had decided to begin marketing its single malt from Glenfarclas and the latter had the bottling facilities and distribution contacts to facilitate this. Its primary market in the early years was the US before achieving a significant presence in Italy as well.
The company primarily bottled and sold Glenfarclas along with the J&G Grant blended Scotch brand, Glen Calder. It also bottled some rare examples of Macallan for its American agent, Esquin Imports. J&G Grant eventually moved its bottling in-house in 1979 and the company was later dissolved.
