This 15-year-old Aberfeldy was one of the original Flora & Fauna releases from United Distillers. It was produced between 1991 and 1998 when Diageo sold the distillery to Bacardi Limited.
These white-capped versions of the Flora & Fauna bottlings were produced during the collection's first year in 1991.
Located in the Highland Perthshire town of the same name, Aberfeldy distillery was built in 1896 by John Dewar & Sons to provide whisky for their various blended Scotch brands. It is still run by the same company, which today operates as the Scotch whisky division of Bacardi Limited.
