Bottled in 2004, this was the first public release from Ardbeg on their "Path to Peaty Maturity," tracing the distillery's journey towards the maturation of the first 10-year-old whisky distilled under its new Glenmorangie PLC ownership. Subsequent releases were the Still Young and Almost There bottlings, with the journey culminating with the Renaissance release in 2008.
