Celebrating 25 years of the Ardbeg Committee, this is Ardbeg Eureka! It is a combination of spirit matured in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and roasted malt spirit matured in bourbon casks. It was developed with the help of the Ardbeg Committee themselves, and released in early 2025.
